目的:探讨聚焦解决模式在对于提高母婴同室病房新生儿护理中健康教育的应用效果。方法:选择产科病房住院初产妇240例随机分为对照组和试验组,对照组由我科护理人员进行常规健康教育,试验组采用聚焦解决模式的健康教育。将两组产妇对于健康教育实施的满意度及新生儿护理知识和技能进行比较。结果:1试验组产妇对于新生儿护理知识及技能的掌握明显高于对照组。2试验组对护理的满意度明显高于对照组。差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用聚焦解决模式对母婴同室病房产妇及家属进行健康教育,更加利于对新生儿的护理,适合广泛推广。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the application effect of focus-solving mode on health education in neonatal nursing in maternodystrial wards. Methods: Two hundred and forty cases of primipara in hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The control group was given routine health education by nurses in our department. The experimental group adopted mode of focus health education. The two groups of mothers were compared for satisfaction with health education implementation and neonatal care knowledge and skills. Results: 1 The experimental group maternal understanding of neonatal care knowledge and skills was significantly higher than the control group. 2 test group satisfaction with nursing was significantly higher than the control group. The differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The focus solution model for maternal and child ward room maternal and family health education, more conducive to the care of newborns, suitable for wide promotion.
