以Mg(NO3)2·6H2O与CO(NH2)2为原料经均匀沉淀法制备了纳米MgO粉体。采用差热.热重分析(TG-DTA)、X-射线衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)等测试技术,分析了沉淀产物的热分解特性及其经不同煅烧温度与时间处理后产物晶相结构、粒子形貌特征等特性,并考察了反应物配比、反应温度与时间对产物得率与粒子特性等的影响。结果表明,制备粉体的合理工艺条件为尿素与硝酸镁配比5:1,沉淀反应条件为95℃反应24 h,产物煅烧条件为435℃热处理4 h,在此工艺条件下制备的纳米MgO粉体晶形完整、分散性良好、粒度分布均匀,平均粒径在10 nm左右。
The nano-MgO powder was prepared by homogenous precipitation method using Mg (NO3) 2 · 6H2O and CO (NH2) 2 as raw materials. The thermal decomposition characteristics of the precipitated product and the properties of the product after calcination at different calcination temperature and time were analyzed by differential thermal analysis, thermogravimetric analysis (TG-DTA), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) Phase structure, particle morphology and other characteristics, and investigated the effect of the ratio of reactants, reaction temperature and time on the yield and particle properties of the product. The results showed that the reasonable process conditions for the preparation of powders were as follows: the ratio of urea to magnesium nitrate was 5: 1, the reaction conditions were 95 ℃ for 24 h, and the calcination temperature was 435 ℃ for 4 h. The prepared nano-MgO Powder crystal shape integrity, good dispersion, particle size distribution, the average particle size of about 10 nm.
