根据中国民航“十二五”规划,到2015年中国航空货邮运输量计划达到900万吨,年均增长达到10%。中国民航局将通过政策支持,积极加强机场航空货运枢纽建设,引导形成以北京、天津为主的环渤海地区;以上海为主的长三角地区和以广州为主的珠三角地区三大国际航空货运枢纽群。枢纽式网络经营取代点对点单线经营已成为国际航空货运的主流方式。
According to China Civil Aviation “Twelve-Five ” plan, by 2015 China’s air cargo shipping volume plan reached 9000000 tons, an average annual increase of 10%. CAAC will, through policy support, actively strengthen the airport air cargo hub and guide the formation of the Bohai Rim, mainly in Beijing and Tianjin; the Yangtze River Delta mainly in Shanghai and the three major international airlines in the Pearl River Delta, mainly in Guangzhou Cargo hub group. Hub-and-spoke network operation replaces the point-to-point single-line operation has become the mainstream way of international air cargo.
