校企合作是职业院校的发展方向,也是职业院校发展壮大的必由之路,根据中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅的相关文件通知,借鉴国外成功经验,提出合中国实际的校企合作模式,弥补了高职院校培养学生特别是在实践方面的不足,为学校培养高素质技能型人才提供平台,同时教师深入企业生产一线,为企业的发展提出指导性建议,实现资源整合共享、优势互补,互惠共赢的效应。
