目的观察900MHz手机辐射对雄性SD大鼠生育力及氧化损伤抗氧化能力的影响。方法 成年SD雄鼠12只,雌鼠24只。雌雄鼠各随机分为正常组,模型组。模拟900MHz手机频率对模型组大鼠进行辐射,4 h/d,连续18 d,于14~18 d对应组雌雄鼠交配,次晨处死雄鼠,观察睾丸重量、睾体比、精子计数,血清性激素、氧化损伤和抗氧化能力变化和致雌鼠的妊娠结局。结果 模型组雌性大鼠妊娠率降低,死胎数增加(P<0.01或P<0.05),雄鼠睾丸重量、睾丸指数和精子数无显著变化(P>0.05),血清E2、T、MDA、SOD,T-AOC和CAT无统计学变化(P>0.05)。结论 900 MHz手机频率辐射可降低雄性大鼠生育力,引起不良妊娠结局。但对雄性大鼠睾丸重量、睾体比、精子计数及血清E2、T、T-AOC、CAT、SOD、MDA无明显作用,其对雄鼠造成的生殖损伤机制可能与这些指标无关。
Objective To observe the effects of 900MHz handphone radiation on the fertility and oxidation resistance of male SD rats. Methods 12 adult male SD rats and 24 female rats were enrolled. Male and female rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group. The frequency of 900MHz mobile phone was used to irradiate the model group rats for 4 h / d for 18 days. The male and female mice were mated at the 14th to 18th day. The male rats were sacrificed the next morning. The testis weight, testicular ratio, sperm count, Sex hormones, changes in oxidative damage and antioxidant capacity, and pregnancy outcomes in females. Results The pregnancy rate and the stillbirth of the female rats in the model group were significantly increased (P <0.01 or P <0.05). There was no significant change in testis weight, testicular index and sperm count (P> 0.05) , T-AOC and CAT did not change statistically (P> 0.05). Conclusion 900 MHz mobile phone radiation can reduce the fertility of male rats, causing adverse pregnancy outcomes. However, the testicular weight, testicular ratio, sperm counts, serum E2, T, T-AOC, CAT, SOD and MDA had no obvious effect on male rats.
