随着政府职能转变的逐步深入和信息技术的快速发展,信息技术已成为纳税服务的重要助力,为纳税服务特别是远程及自助服务模式的建立提供了强力的技术保障。本文结合天津地税12366纳税服务热线的开展情况,以12366纳税服务热线纳税人需求调查结果为依据,并根据当前信息技术的发展与服务行业信息技术应用经验,从信息化建设角度对天津地税纳税服务进行了信的设计和阐述,希望找出能够为纳税人提供高效、便利服务的新途径,以进一步提升天津地税的纳税服务水平。
With the gradual deepening transformation of government functions and the rapid development of information technology, information technology has become an important aid for tax services and has provided strong technical support for the establishment of tax services, especially remote and self-service modes. Based on the investigation of taxpayers’ demand in 12366 tax hotline, and based on the current information technology development and application of information technology in service industry, this paper analyzes the taxpaying service of Tianjin Land Tax Conducted a letter of design and elaboration, hoping to find out for the taxpayers to provide efficient and convenient services to new ways to further enhance the Tianjin Local Taxation tax service level.
