目的探讨大叶蛇泡簕水提物、醇提物及其各萃取部位的抗炎作用,筛选出活性物质。方法通过对醋酸所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高实验、小鼠耳廓肿胀实验、大鼠棉球肉芽肿实验,观察大叶蛇泡簕各提取部位对急慢性炎症的作用。各给药组,均按部位浸膏浓度1.5 g/kg给药,连续灌胃7 d,每天1次。结果与正常对照组比较,大叶蛇泡簕的醇总提物及其萃取部位对炎症的抑制作用较好,特别是正丁醇部位对急慢性炎症均有显著的抑制作用。结论大叶蛇泡簕正丁醇部位对炎症有显著抑制作用。
