随着物理科学技术的进步,自80年代以来,近场光学作为一种新型的交叉学科得到空前快速的发展。近场光学显微技术的分辨率已经达到纳米尺度,对生命科学包括物理、生物等领域都具有重要的贡献。而且,近场光学显微技术在微电子技术等领域已经成为炙手可热的技术。对近场光学显微技术先进行简单的概述,然后分析了它的一些关键问题。接着便是对近场光学显微技术的应用进行了研究,在此基础上对近场光学显微技术的未来发展前景进行展望。
With the advancement of physical science and technology, near-field optics has enjoyed an unprecedented and rapid development as a new interdisciplinary discipline since the 1980s. The resolution of near-field optical microscopy has reached the nanometer scale and has an important contribution to the life sciences, including physics and biology. Moreover, near-field optical microscopy has become a hot technology in areas such as microelectronics. A brief overview of near-field optical microscopy is followed by an analysis of some of its key issues. Then, the application of near-field optical microscopy is studied. Based on this, the prospect of near-field optical microscopy in future is forecasted.
