就业问题作为经济发展中亟待解决的重大问题之一,其解决程度与好坏不仅影响到经济的长远发展,而且也将影响到社会稳定。安居乐业是社会主义和谐社会的重要标志之一,而乐业的前提则在于必须实现充分就业。尤其是在现阶段就业作为广大公众获取收入的主要途径的情况下,努力扩大就业,确保有就业能力与就业意愿的广大公众获取必要的就业岗位,既是经济社会协调发展的必然要求,更是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要内容。
