新课改实施以来,学校普遍重视教师的继续教育,但民族地区教师的学习状况令人担忧。研究表明:目前黔南民族地区中学教师存在自修学习时间少、学习动力不足、学校用于教师学习的经费投入不足、教师学习评价机制不合理等诸多问题。因此,应该牢固树立以人为本的观念,提高教师的学习意识;发挥校长示范引领和组织领导作用,努力营造有利于学习的“气场”;调动教师学习内需,使学习成为生活习惯和生活方式;建立教师学习引领和知识共享机制;做好教师学习研修制度的顶层设计,为教师专业发展提供正能量,最终实现教师专业发展。 Since the implementation of the new curriculum reform, schools generally attach importance to the continuing education of teachers, but the learning situation of teachers in minority areas is worrying.
