在三极管的教学中,通过采用一体化教学模式将三极管的教学划分为四个模块,即三极管构造与分类、三极管的电流放大作用、三极管的特性曲线及其参数、三极管管脚及类型的判断。授课过程中结合EWB仿真软件与微课技术,利用二极管与三极管之间的联系,多采用信息化教学手段,分小组组织教学使复杂的三极管教学层层递进、化繁为简。
