为探讨逆向训练在体育教学中对学生平衡能力及下肢肌力的作用,本研究以329名19岁左右的大学生为研究对象,随机分为两组,一组进行体育常规教学,一组在体育教学中加入倒退走、倒退跑等逆向训练方法,两组受试对象在锻炼开始前和锻炼12周后,检测平衡能力和下肢肌力。研究结果发现:逆向训练可以通过改善本体感觉功能提高机体的平衡能力;逆向训练对学生下肢肌力有一定的影响,但影响不明显。
In order to explore the effect of reverse training on students’ balance ability and lower limb muscle strength in physical education, this study studied 329 undergraduates aged 19 and were randomly divided into two groups, one for general physical education and the other for physical education Teaching retrogressive retrogression, retrograde run and other reverse training methods, two groups of subjects before exercise and exercise 12 weeks after the test balance and lower limb muscle strength. The results showed that reverse training can improve the body’s balance ability by improving ontological sensory function; reverse training has some influence on the muscle strength of lower limbs, but the effect is not obvious.
