目的探讨亚临床肝癌时段抗肿瘤治疗的重要作用,强调早期抗肿瘤治疗的重要性。方法将76例AFP升高确诊为亚临床肝癌的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,两组均给予基础护肝和支持治疗,其中观察组加用华蟾素注射液静滴。在治疗前后不同阶段观察患者AFP含量的变化及远期癌变率。结果华蟾素注射液能明显降低亚临床肝癌患者AFP的水平(P<0.01),3年内的癌变率显著降低(P<0.01)。结论原发性肝癌的癌前期抗肿瘤治疗具有重要作用,能显著改善患者的预后。
Objective To explore the important role of anti-tumor therapy in subclinical hepatocellular carcinoma and to emphasize the importance of early antitumor therapy. Methods A total of 76 patients with subclinical HCC diagnosed as having elevated AFP were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Both groups received basic liver protection and supportive therapy. The observation group received cinobufacini injection intravenously. AFP content in patients with different stages before and after treatment changes and long-term cancer rate. Results Cinobufotalin injection significantly reduced the level of AFP in subclinical hepatocellular carcinoma (P <0.01) and significantly reduced the canceration rate in 3 years (P <0.01). Conclusions The anticancer treatment of primary hepatocarcinoma has an important role in the prognosis of patients.
