[目的]探讨广东纺织职业技术学院264名教师3年血糖血脂和尿酸的变化趋势,了解其对血糖血脂血尿酸控制情况。[方法]收集2007、2008年及2009年3年广东纺织职业技术学院265名教师静脉血的血浆葡萄糖(GLU)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)及尿酸(UA)检测结果,分析其变化趋势。[结果]3年264名教师GLU水平分别为(4.67±0.62)mmol/L,(5.32±0.57)mmol/L,(4.81±0.60)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01);LDL-C逐年显著升高,分别为(2.64±0.64)mmol/L,(2.87±0.74)mmol/L,(2.99±0.69)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01);而HDL-C逐年显著降低,分别为(1.47±0.32)mmol/L,(1.39±0.32)mmol/L,(1.09±0.23)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01);TG、TC及UA水平3年无明显差异。高血糖及高血脂人群百分率呈上升趋势。[结论]该学校教师血糖及血脂水平呈上升趋势,血糖及血脂异常人群亦呈上升趋势,应加强对高血糖及高血脂引发的并发症危害认识,及时控制血糖血脂水平。
[Objective] To investigate the changes of 3-year blood glucose, blood lipid and uric acid in 264 teachers of Guangdong Textile Polytechnic and to understand their control over blood glucose, blood lipid and uric acid. [Methods] The blood glucose, triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL) were collected from 265 teachers in Guangdong Textile Vocational and Technical College in 2007, 2008 and 2009 respectively. -C), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and uric acid (UA) test results were analyzed. [Results] The GLU levels of 264 teachers in three years were (4.67 ± 0.62) mmol / L, (5.32 ± 0.57) mmol / L and (4.81 ± 0.60) mmol / L, respectively, with statistical significance (P <0.01). (2.64 ± 0.64) mmol / L, (2.87 ± 0.74) mmol / L and (2.99 ± 0.69) mmol / L respectively, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01); while the level of HDL-C (1.47 ± 0.32) mmol / L, (1.39 ± 0.32) mmol / L and (1.09 ± 0.23) mmol / L respectively, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01); TG, TC and UA level 3 years no significant difference. The percentage of hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia is on the rise. [Conclusion] The school teachers’ blood glucose and blood lipid levels are on an upward trend. The blood glucose and dyslipidemia populations also show an upward trend. The understanding of the dangers of hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia-induced complications should be strengthened to control blood glucose and blood lipid levels in a timely manner.
