牡丹皮和徐长卿皆为常用中药,均含有丹皮酚。丹皮酚具有降压、镇静等作用,对小鼠的实验性疼痛和由于电刺激或药物引起的惊厥具有止痛作用和抗惊厥作用。测定丹皮酚的方法有薄层-分光法、容量法等,但较费时。根据丹皮酚易为溴取代的性质,我们研究了用库伦滴定法进行测定,同时比较和改进了生药提取方法,简化操作,缩短了分析样品时间,从而建立了较简便的测定牡丹皮和徐长卿中丹皮酚的方法。
Both peony bark and Xu Changqing are commonly used traditional Chinese medicines and all contain paeonol. Paeonol has antihypertensive and sedative effects, and has analgesic and anticonvulsive effects on experimental pain in mice and convulsions caused by electrical stimulation or drugs. The methods for measuring paeonol include thin layer-spectroscopy and volumetric methods, but it is more time-consuming.
