氧化物弥散强化(ODS)铁素体合金具有强度高肿胀低等优点,是核反应堆中包壳及其它结构的极有竞争力的候选材料。本文介绍了在研究化学浸润法(CS)生产的Fe125Cr25W01Ti04Y2O3新型ODS铁素体合金方面所进行的工作及取得的进展。化学浸润法可以实现氧化物弥散强化,获得优良的力学及抗肿胀性能,形变后再结晶退火能够得到晶粒尺寸适中的组织,有利于材料穿管及冷拔等后续加工。
Oxide dispersion strengthened (ODS) ferritic alloys have the advantages of high strength and low swelling, and are very competitive candidate materials for cladding and other structures in nuclear reactors. This article describes the work and progress made in the study of the new ODS ferritic alloys of Fe125Cr25W01Ti04Y2O3 produced by chemical immersion method (CS). The chemical infiltration method can achieve oxide dispersion strengthening, obtain excellent mechanical and anti-swelling properties, and then recrystallize and anneal to obtain a structure with moderate grain size after deformation, which is favorable for material processing and drawing and subsequent processing.
