本文采用氩离子激光经不同介质传输,照射人尸主动脉粥样斑块47个,比较不同传输介质对以相同条件的氩离子激光消蚀动脉粥样斑块效应的影响。激光照射斑块所产生的消蚀坑体积(mm~3),以全血组者(0.34±0.16)为最大。显著较血浆组(0.20±0.10)及非常显著较生理盐水组者(0.12±0.07)为大(P<0.05及P<0.01)。而全血组者与空气对照组者(0.48±0.24)比较差异无显著性(P>0.05);血浆组及生理盐水组则分别显著及非常显著地小于空气对照组者(P<0.05及P<0.01)。
In this paper, we use argon ion laser transmission through different media, irradiation of human aortic atherosclerotic plaque 47, compared with different transmission media on the same conditions of argon ion laser ablation of atherosclerotic plaque effect. The volume of eroded pits (mm ~ 3) produced by laser irradiation was the largest in the whole blood group (0.34 ± 0.16). (P <0.05 and P <0.01) significantly higher than those in the plasma group (0.20 ± 0.10) and very significantly (0.12 ± 0.07) compared with the saline group. However, there was no significant difference between the whole blood group and the air control group (0.48 ± 0.24) (P> 0.05), while the plasma and saline groups were significantly and significantly less than those of the air control group (P <0.05 and P <0.01).
