本调查使用实时灰阶超声诊断仪,对406例16~49周孕妇进行胎儿的双顶径、枕额径、股骨长、头围、胸围、腹围等测量。获得各指标的均值与增长规律以及从多项指标估算孕周的多元回归方程式。将本调查的活体胎儿B超测量与我国 8 000余例 16~40周胚胎标本实体测量比较,两种测量数据接近。采用逐步回归分析法,分析了问卷中有关胎儿父母的职业、文化、身高、体重、母妊娠史等共18项因素对胎儿发育的影响。结果以父亲身高入选较多,其次为母亲体重、父亲体重。
