1991年7月,劳动部职安局在深圳市召开了“全国发展劳动防护用品工业研讨会”,有来自全国各地的105个劳动防护用品生产企业参加。大会提出成立劳动防护用品工业发展协会的问题,与会代表一致认为成立这样一个协会非常必要,并草拟了成立协会的工作方案和协会章程初稿,向劳动部领导呈报了“关于发展劳动防护用品工业的几点意见”,以及成立劳动防护田品工业协会的建议。劳动部领导原则同意成立协会的有关设想。
In July 1991, the Occupational and Security Bureau of the Ministry of Labor held a seminar on industrial development of labor protection products in Shenzhen. There were 105 manufacturers of labor protection articles from all over the country. Congress proposed the establishment of industrial associations for the protection of labor protection products. The participants agreed that it is necessary to establish such an association, and drafted a draft program of work for the association and the first draft of the association’s constitution. The leaders of the Ministry of Labor submitted the “Report on the Development of Labor Protection Products Industry Some Opinions, ”as well as the proposal of setting up the Labor Protection Tianpin Industry Association. The Ministry of Labor leadership agreed with the idea of setting up the association.
