在全球化的洗礼中,法学作为公共秩序的确立者与维护者,必然要经受比经济学、政治学、社会学等其它学科更多的价值拷问,它需要法学教育宣誓自己的价值选择,改革教育手段和方式,引领法律人走出全球化所带来的困境。法学教育要应对全球化,实现司法伦理、专业知识、职业技能的有机融合,就要以伦理教育为根本,以精英教育为途径,以职业教育为目标。
In the baptism of globalization, jurisprudence, as the creator and defender of public order, is bound to undergo more value torture than other disciplines such as economics, political science and sociology.
