目的 观察 41MHz电容式肿瘤射频热疗机在活体组织中的透热效果。方法 实验动物选用家猪和杂种犬 ,加温时间分别为 30和 45min。肿瘤射频热疗机频率为 41MHz ,电容式加热 ,电极直径 2 0cm。在腹部透热 ,将 4个测温光纤分别置于皮肤、皮下组织 (猪为脂肪组织层 )、肌肉和腹腔内。结果 犬加温 30min时肌肉和腹腔温度分别为 41.0和 42 .4℃ ,45min时腹腔达 44 .8℃。猪加温 30min后 ,脂肪层、肌肉和腹腔温度分别为 37.8,40 .1和 42 .2℃。组织病理学检查发现肠系膜及肠壁血管充血、炎性细胞浸润。结论 41MHz电容式射频热疗机透热效果好 ,在上述加温时间内未发现脂肪层过热现象。
Objective To observe the diathermy effect of 41MHz capacitive tumor radiofrequency thermotherapy machine in living tissue. Methods Domestic pigs and mongrel dogs were selected as experiment animals, and the warming time was 30 and 45 minutes, respectively. Tumor radiofrequency thermotherapy machine frequency 41MHz, capacitive heating, electrode diameter 20cm. In the abdomen through the heat, the four temperature fiber were placed on the skin, subcutaneous tissue (pig fat tissue layer), muscle and abdominal cavity. Results Muscle and peritoneal temperature were 41.0 and 42.4 at 45 ℃ and 44.8 ℃ at 45min respectively. Pigs heated 30min, the fat layer, muscle and abdominal temperature were 37.8,40 .1 and 42 .2 ℃. Histopathological examination found that mesenteric and intestinal vascular congestion, inflammatory cell infiltration. Conclusion 41MHz capacitive radiofrequency thermotherapy is effective in transmitting heat, and no overheating of fat layer has been found in the heating time.
