反手推挡是乒乓球基本技术之一,由于推挡球站台近,动作小,球速快。在比赛中应用推挡的速度和落点变化,可用来控制对方,争取主动,同时还可作为防御的一种重要手段。对于初学者,掌握和运用好反手推挡技术尤其重要,所以应该是初学者首先学习的技术。笔者在多年实践中,发现初学者易犯以下错误:1.没有前臂和手腕的外旋动作,也没有辅以食指的压拍动作,造成球不过网或出界;纠正方法:持拍手前臂和时关节内收,前臂略向外旋,击球时,前臂向前推去,同时手腕外旋,食指压拍,使球拍略前倾,将球击出。2.击球时,手腕下垂,使球拍与小臂成垂直,造成动作僵硬,不协调;纠正方法:手腕外展,球拍成前横状,腕关节外松,练习匀速击球。3.后引和前推动作过火,击球后没有还原,造成连续推
