从牙周病患者的病灶处分离到一株细菌90-1,经反复分离纯化,已鉴定为新菌属(Stomatostreptococcus)。经大白鼠感染试验,证明其为牙周病的致病菌;多种药敏试验结果表明,90-1株对先锋霉素、先锋必素、碘甘油、羧苄青霉素等极敏感。
A bacterial strain 90-1 was isolated from the lesions of patients with periodontal disease and was isolated and purified repeatedly. It has been identified as Stomatostreptococcus. The rat infection test proved that it is a pathogenic bacteria of periodontal disease; a variety of susceptibility test results show that 90-1 strains of Vanguard ADM, Pioneer, iodine glycerol, carbenicillin and other extremely sensitive.
