观测了几种铂制剂及其结合体对我国自行建立的人食管癌细胞株(Eca 109)体外培养的抑制作用,作为它们试用于肿瘤化疗的评价基础。本实验表明我国自制顺铂对人食管癌细胞有显著的细胞毒作用。利用含碘物有被集中吸收于甲状腺组织的固有特性而设计合成的碘铂,在较高浓度时也具有明显的细胞毒作用,似可作为它试治甲状腺癌的实验室依据。至于四氯铂酸钾及其与刀豆素的结合体,在本实验条件下,并未显示任何抑制作用。
The inhibitory effect of several platinum preparations and their combinations on the in vitro culture of human esophageal cancer cell lines (Eca 109) established in China was observed as a basis for their evaluation in tumor chemotherapy. This experiment shows that our homemade cisplatin has a significant cytotoxic effect on human esophageal cancer cells. The iodoplatin, which is designed and synthesized using the inherent characteristics of iodine-containing substances absorbed in the thyroid tissue, also has a significant cytotoxic effect at higher concentrations, which may be used as a laboratory basis for its thyroid cancer. As for potassium tetrachloroplatinate and its combination with concanavalin, no inhibitory effect was shown under the experimental conditions.
