做为一名连锁门店店长压力是非常 大的,有市场竞争的压力,也有管理层 要求的销售目标的压力。但是压力也是 一种动力。单店销售效益不高是连锁企 业的通病。连锁企业在各自的发源地具 有优势,很容易获得供应商的积极支 持,消费者也都很认同。而在弱势地区, 厂家的支援不能很好的整合,供应商支 持也不积极,一些地方强势渠道存在, 使单店效益提升很困难,需要店长下大 功夫。 一个店长要考虑的方面非常多,有 人、商品、环境、软件设施、硬件设施、 各种活动。但主要来说有两方面。
