为了探讨梦对学员学习能力的影响和学员白天经历在梦境中的再现情况,本文对1000名学员用自我回顾法进行了调查。结果:(1)梦对学员6种学习能力(听课、作笔记、自学、思维、记忆和考试应答能力)的影响率为72.80%;(2)梦对男学员6种学习能力的提高率和降低率均明显高于女学员(P<0.01);(3)梦对农村学员6种学习能力的提高率和降低率均明显高于城市学员(P<0.01);(4)好梦对学员学习能力的提高率比恶梦高16.60%,降低率比恶梦低13.30%;(5)学员白天经历在梦境中的再现率为81.90%,其中“想家”为67.40%,“考试”为36.75%。提示学员在校期间,白天经历与其梦境密切担关;梦境对不同性别和地区学员学习能力的影响有差异;在对学员的教育管理上,学校应重视其做梦的生理心理现象。
In order to explore the impact of dreams on the learning ability of students and the reproduction of their dreams during the daytime, 1000 students surveyed by self-review method. Results: (1) The influence rate of dream on six learning ability of students (listening, taking notes, self-study, thinking, memory and test response ability) was 72.80%; (2) (P <0.01); (3) The rate of increase and decrease of 6 learning ability of rural students in dreams was significantly higher than that of urban students (P <0.01); (4) The improvement rate of learning ability was 16.60% higher than that of nightmare, and the rate of decrease was 13.30% lower than that of nightmare. (5) The recapitulation rate of student experience in daytime was 81.90%, including 67.40% of “homesickness” and “test” 36.75%. Prompt students during school, daytime experience and its dreams are closely related to the dreams of different gender and regional differences in the learning ability of learners; students in the management of education, schools should pay attention to their dreams of physiological and psychological phenomenon.
