培养合格的警察是各国警界共同关注的话题。欧美各国的警察组织,十分重视警察的教育培训,经过长期的发展和探索形成了其独特完善的教育培训体系。本文试图通过对欧美警察教育培训的特点进行深入分析,以期为改善和加强我国警察教育培训工作提供有益的经验和帮助。
Developing competent police is a topic of common concern of police circles in various countries. The police organizations in Europe and the United States attach great importance to the education and training of the police and have formed their unique and perfect education and training system through long-term development and exploration. This article attempts to conduct an in-depth analysis of the characteristics of police education and training in Europe and the United States, with a view to providing useful experience and help to improve and strengthen our police education and training.
