康宁克通(丙酮缩去炎舒松)属皮质激素类,临床上用于治疗过敏性疾病、各种皮肤病、慢性疼痛及风湿性关节炎等。育龄妇女注射该药,少则几天,多则10余天可出现月经紊乱,其发生率明显高于运用其它皮质激素类药物。我院门诊1992年8月～10月共接诊因注射康宁克通引起月经紊乱患者14例,现报告如下。1 一般情况患者年龄28～43岁,平素月经正常。患病后行妇科检查,内外生殖器无明显异常,均因慢性疼痛施行康宁克通加2%普鲁卡因局部封闭注射后发生不规则阴道流血,注射
