目的评价BeautifilⅡ聚合体修复后牙缺损的临床疗效。方法选择2008年1月至2010年4月沈阳市口腔医院牙体牙髓病科就诊的Ⅰ、Ⅱ类龋损患者38例(62颗患牙),应用BeautifilⅡ聚合体充填修复,修复后1周、1年、2年进行复查,并以改良的USPHS标准对疗效进行评价。结果复查结果显示,边缘完整性和边缘着色是主要发生改变的指标,在解剖形态和咬合接触方面的改变较少,而表面粗糙度、术后敏感和继发龋方面没有任何改变。各复查阶段的结果中各项指标均在临床可接受范围内。结论 BeautifilⅡ聚合体用于后牙充填表现出良好的临床效果,可以有效应用在临床。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Beautifil Ⅱ polymer in the restoration of dental defects. Methods 38 patients (62 teeth) with type I and II caries from January 2008 to April 2010 in Shenyang Dental Hospital were enrolled in this study. Beautifil II polymer was used for filling and repairing. One week after repair , 1 year, 2 years to review, and the improved USPHS criteria for the evaluation of the efficacy. Results The review showed that marginal integrity and marginal coloration were the major indicators of change, with less change in anatomical and occlusal contact and no change in surface roughness, postoperative sensitivity and secondary caries. The results of the review phase of the indicators are within the clinically acceptable range. Conclusion The Beautifil II polymer for posterior teeth filling has shown good clinical efficacy and can be effectively used in clinical practice.
