随着我国教育事业的不断发展,相应的配套服务质量也在逐渐提高。中学餐厅是为学生服务的重要后勤部门,餐厅服务人员的职业素质对于中学生的日常学习生活有着一定的促进作用。只有中学餐厅的服务人员具有较好的职业素质,其提供的服务才能满足中学生的需求,使中学生具有一个良好的用餐环境与心情,更加轻松地投入到日常学习活动当中去。因此,提高中学餐厅服务员的职业素质是当前中学后勤部门的重要工作内容。本文以中学餐厅服务员的职业素质探究为题,对中学餐厅服务员的个人素质要求与提高对策进行分析。
With the continuous development of education in our country, the corresponding quality of supporting services is gradually increasing. The middle school restaurant is an important logistics department serving students. The professional quality of the restaurant service staff has a certain promotion effect on the daily study and life of middle school students. Only the secondary school restaurant staff have good professional qualities, the services they provide to meet the needs of secondary school students, so that students have a good dining environment and mood, more easily into daily learning activities to go. Therefore, to improve the occupational quality of restaurant attendants in secondary schools is an important part of the current logistics department in secondary schools. In this paper, the secondary school cafeteria waiter professional qualities to explore the title of the secondary school cafeteria waiter’s personal qualifications and enhance the analysis of countermeasures.
