近年来,随着环境和能源负担加重,风电设备制造业发展迅速。然而,该产业在发展过程中遇到了核心技术缺失、关键零部件需要进口、创新能力不足等问题。为了解决这些问题,行业内各企业结合自身发展基础,走出了不同的知识产权发展之路。本文通过案例研究,总结共性经验,为同行业其他企业选择知识产权发展路径提供借鉴。
In recent years, with the increasing burden on the environment and energy, wind power equipment manufacturing industry has developed rapidly. However, in the process of development, the industry has encountered such problems as the lack of core technologies, the import of key components and the lack of innovation capability. In order to solve these problems, all enterprises in the industry have taken the road of development of different intellectual property rights in light of their own development foundation. This article, through case studies, sums up common experiences and provides reference for other enterprises in the industry to choose the path of intellectual property development.
