I. INTRODUCTION Recordable discs (CD-Rs, DVD-Rs) usually consist of a plastic substrate, an organic dye layer, a metal reflective layer and a protective layer. The principle of burning is that under the irradiation of a strong laser beam, the internal energy level of the organic dye molecule is excited within a nanosecond period. When the internal energy accumulates to a certain extent, the irradiated organic dye molecules will be irreversibly Of the chemical reaction, changing its original has a good light transmission, which in the dye layer laser focus of the micro-area to form a dark spot. This feature makes the organic dye has a recordable function. That is, a high-energy beam of laser light is used during recording to “write” dark spots into the disc by “burning out” dark spots in the dye layer, reading a beam of low-energy laser light, or passing through a transparent dye Layer or by non-transparent absorption of dark spots to achieve data read.
