积极开展义务征集档案资料工作,实践证明是档案工作中不可缺少的重要环节,其作用不可低估。特别是在丰富馆藏,发掘本地区有历史保存价值的档案资料,抢救历史文物方面具有独特的作用。 早在1987年,江泽民同志视察上海市档案局馆及其关于档案工作的重要讲话和题词发表之后,我县即以政府名义发布通告,要求各级组织、各界人士关心重视档案资料的征集工作,近几年来我们坚持积极开展档案资料的义务征集工作,为档案的收集、管理、研究提供了十分宝贵的资料,为本区两个文明建设做出了应有的贡献。
