目前,我国社会经济发展较为迅速,但波动幅度较大,进而导致我国的商业银行在贷款业务方面受到较大影响。再加上,受近几年金融危机的影响,商业银行本身存在一些问题,如制度不够完善,资产以及信贷出现问题,银行之间存在恶心竞争等。在双重压力下,银行的贷款业务受到抑制,得不到较好的发展。目前,在商业银行的贷款业务的营销策略上,大多数都是较为普遍的方案,运用到实际贷款业务中,并没有起到很大的作用。所以,怎样加快银行贷款业务的发展成为一个值得深究的问题。其中,最重要的就是要改进银行在这方面的营销策略。这篇文章首先介绍商业银行贷款业务目前的营销策略,分析当前在营销策略方面的不足,再提出针对性意见。
At present, China’s social and economic development is rapid but its volatility is relatively large, which in turn causes our commercial banks to be greatly affected in the loan business. In addition, influenced by the financial crisis in recent years, there are some problems in commercial banks themselves, such as the imperfect system, the problems of assets and credit, and the disgruntled competition among banks. Under the dual pressures, the bank’s loan business was suppressed, and the good development was not obtained. At present, most of the marketing strategies of the commercial banks’ loan businesses are relatively common and have not played a significant role in the real loan business. Therefore, how to speed up the development of bank lending business has become a question worth studying. Among them, the most important thing is to improve the bank’s marketing strategy in this area. This article first introduces the current marketing strategy of the commercial bank loan business, analyzes the current lack of marketing strategy, and then put forward targeted comments.
