自1959年10月三峡科研第二次会议以来,到这次会议只有了短短的三个月,由于参加本专题研究的各协作单位鼓足干劲,力争上游,因而提交大会讨论的论文有16篇之多。出席这次会议的有中国科学院所属地环球物理研究所、力学研究所、数学研究所,地理研究所,自动化研究所、计算技术研究所、中央气象局、南水北调综合考察队、水电科学研究院水文研究所、水利电力部规划局、清华大学、武汉大学、哈尔滨建筑工程学院、大连工学院、西安交通大学、天津大学、北京大学、成都工学院、华中师范学院、华中工学院、华东水利学院、北京勘测设计院、成都设计院、长沙设计院、丰满电站及长江流域规划办公室等单位代表。这次会议的目的是交流本专题研究的成绩与制定今后的工作方向。在元月十八日至二十三日会议期间大会对提交的论文进行了热烈地讨论。这些论文不仅内容丰富,而且充分地发扬了敢想敢说敢干的共产主义风格,它标志着三峡水利枢纽设计中水文水利计算工作进一步深入和提高,也标志着我国水利科学技术向世界先进水平迈进。现将“三峡及三峡以上梯级水库群调度科研会议总结”摘要发表,供参考讨论。
Since the Second Session of the Three Gorges Scientific Research in October 1959, only a short three months have passed since the meeting was held. The purpose of this meeting is to share the achievements of this thematic study and formulate future work directions. During the meeting from January 18 to January January, the conference discussed the submitted papers in a lively manner.
