为了解室外参数改变对蓄能型空气源热泵热水机组性能的影响,研制实验样机,在不同的室外环境工况下,对机组在多种模式下的性能进行对比实验研究。结果表明,蓄热模式下,机组平均EER随室外温度的降低而减小,且蓄热时间随室外温度的降低而延长。在蓄热蓄冷模式下,机组能回收近一半的蒸发冷量,加大蓄冷罐的容积可增加回收制冷量,有利于提高机组平均EER。机组在供热水模式下,由于循环热水流量较大,对蓄热罐内水扰动较强,会出现供水中断的情况,中断时间随室外温度的降低而延长。
In order to understand the influence of the outdoor parameters on the performance of the energy storage type air source heat pump water heater, the experimental prototype was developed. Under different outdoor conditions, comparative experiments were conducted on the performance of the unit in various modes. The results show that under the regenerative mode, the average unit EER decreases with the decrease of outdoor temperature, and the heat storage time increases with the decrease of outdoor temperature. In the regenerative storage mode, the unit can recover nearly half of the evaporative cooling capacity. Increasing the capacity of the regenerative storage tank can increase the recovery refrigeration capacity, which is beneficial to increase the unit average EER. Unit in the hot water mode, due to large circulating hot water flow, heat storage tank water disturbance is strong, there will be interruption of water supply, interruption of time with the outdoor temperature decreases.
