成都市职业教育工作会议日前召开。成都市提出“到2020年基本建成成都特色、西部领先、全国一流的现代职业教育体系”发展目标;加强“双师型”教师队伍建设,到2020年比例将达到85%。会前,成都市政府印发《关于加快发展现代职业教育的实施意见》,成都市教育局、市发改委等六部门印发《成都市现代职业教育体系建设规划(2014—2020年)》。《实施意见》提出,鼓励职业院校在编制内按不少于编制总数的25%聘请企业管理者、高技能人才等担任专兼职教师;支持职业院校在编制外以政府购买服务等方式建设“双师型”教师队伍;依托示范(骨干) Chengdu Vocational Education Conference held recently.
