拨打“120”急救电话作为自救和他救的有效手段,是健康素养的一个重要组成部分,关系到人群的生命财产安全。正确拨打急救电话,可以有效缩短患者等待就医的时间,为急危重患者赢取更多的抢救机会。中小学生熟练掌握拨打急救电话相关知识可以有效提高该人群安全防护意识以及自救与他救能力[1]。为此,笔者于2012年在吉林省长春、吉林两市对中小学生开展调查研究,评价两市中小学生拨打“120”急救电话相关知识认知水平,为学校开展急救培训工作提供科学依据,现将结果报道如下。1对象与方法1.1对象采用分层整群抽样方法,在吉林省长春
Dialing “120 ” emergency telephone as an effective means of self-help and his rescue is an important component of health literacy, which is related to the life and property safety of the crowd. Correct call emergency telephone can effectively shorten the waiting time for patients to seek medical treatment, for critically ill patients to win more rescue opportunities. Primary and secondary students proficiency in dialing emergency telephone number can effectively improve the safety awareness of the crowd as well as self-help and rescue capabilities [1]. Therefore, in 2012, the author carried out investigation and study on primary and secondary school students in Changchun and Jilin City, Jilin Province, and evaluated the cognitive level of primary and secondary school students dialing “120 ” emergency telephone number in two cities to provide a scientific basis for carrying out first aid training in schools.
