目的了解北京市石景山区托幼机构的消毒状况,为进一步提高消毒工作质量和监督管理提供科学依据。方法于2013—2015年对北京市石景山辖区内所有托幼机构进行监测,依据GB 15982-2012《医院消毒卫生标准》进行采样检测。结果 3年托幼机构共计监测样品4 408份,合格4 016份,合格率为91.11%。2013—2015年合格率分别是89.48%(1 123/1 255),90.71%(1 435/1 582),92.81%(1 458/1 571),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=10.005,P<0.05),且合格率呈逐年增高趋势(χ~2=9.766,P<0.05)。3年监测托幼机构中工作人员手合格率为88.47%(783/885),物体表面合格率为98.45%(1 268/1 288),空气合格率为87.92%(1 965/2 235)。在物体表面中,桌面、玩具、小毛巾、水碗/水杯、水龙头的3年合格率分别为99.13%(457/461),97.87%(138/141),99.49%(195/196),97.77%(307/314),97.16%(171/176)。公立托幼机构消毒合格率(92.24%,2 769/3 002)高于私立(88.69%,1 247/1 406)(χ~2=14.870,P<0.05)。东部、中部、西部托幼机构消毒合格率分别为89.08%(1 681/1 887),92.49%(1 785/1 930),93.06%(550/591),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=16.866,P<0.05),且合格率由东至西呈逐渐增高趋势(χ~2=14.563,P<0.05)。结论北京市石景山区2013—2015年托幼机构消毒工作质量总体较好,但仍有待进一步提高。加强消毒工作的监督管理和知识技能培训等,是提高托幼机构消毒水平的重要措施。
Objective To understand the disinfection status of nurseries in Shijingshan District, Beijing, and to provide scientific basis for further improving the quality of disinfection work and supervision and management. Methods From 2013 to 2015, all nurseries and kindergartens in Shijingshan district of Beijing were monitored. Sampling and testing were conducted according to GB 15982-2012 “Sanitary Standards for Hospital Disinfection”. Results A total of 4 408 monitoring samples were received from the nurseries in 3 years and 4 016 were passed, with a pass rate of 91.11%. The pass rates in 2013-2015 were 89.48% (1 123/1 255), 90.71% (1 435/1 582) and 92.81% (1 458/1 571), respectively, with significant differences (χ ~ 2 = 10.005, P <0.05), and the passing rate showed an increasing trend year by year (χ ~ 2 = 9.766, P <0.05). In the three years, the pass rate of the staff in the nurseries and kindergartens was 88.47% (783/885), the pass rate of the surface of the object was 98.45% (1 268/1 288) and the pass rate of air was 87.92% (1965/2 235). The three-year pass rates of desktops, toys, small towels, water bowls / cups and faucets were 99.13% (457/461), 97.87% (138/141), 99.49% (195/196), 97.77 % (307/314), 97.16% (171/176). Public nurseries and nurseries disinfection pass rate (92.24%, 2 769/3 002) higher than the private (88.69%, 1 247/1 406) (χ ~ 2 = 14.870, P <0.05). The qualification rates of disinfection of the kindergartens in the eastern, central and western regions were 89.08% (1 681/1 887), 92.49% (1 785/1 930) and 93.06% (550/591) respectively, with significant difference (χ ~ 2 = 16.866, P <0.05), and the passing rate increased gradually from east to west (χ ~ 2 = 14.563, P <0.05). Conclusion The quality of disinfection work in nurseries and kindergartens in Shijingshan District of Beijing from 2013 to 2015 is generally good, but it still needs to be further improved. Strengthen the supervision and management of disinfection work and knowledge and skills training, is an important measure to enhance the level of disinfection nurseries.
