目的:研究交感神经节与心肌细胞联合培养中肾上腺素能神经效应器传导的发育。方法:在联合培养和单纯心肌细胞培养96小时的标本中分别应用硫酸胍乙啶,观察心肌细胞自发搏动频率的变化。结果:在联合培养96小时的标本中应用硫酸胍乙啶后,心肌细胞产生正性变时反应。而硫酸胍乙啶对单纯培养的心肌细胞自发搏动频率则没有任何影响。结论:交感神经节与心肌细胞联合培养96小时,功能性的选择性肾上腺素能神经支配已经建立。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the development of adrenergic neuroendocentesis in the co-culture of sympathetic ganglia and cardiomyocytes. Methods: Guanidine sulphate was applied to cultured cardiomyocytes cultured for 96 hours to observe the change of spontaneous beating frequency of cardiomyocytes. RESULTS: Applying guanethidine sulfate in 96-hour co-culture specimens resulted in a positive cardiomyocyte response. While guanethidine sulfate on cultured cardiomyocytes spontaneous beat frequency has no effect. CONCLUSIONS: Sympathetic ganglia are cultured with cardiomyocytes for 96 hours and functional, selective adrenergic innervation has been established.
