用放射免疫法(RIA)和声谱分析法,先后两次检测了425名4~79岁的健康人和149名13~19岁的戏曲、声乐学员的血清睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E_2)和基频(F_0)。结果发现:(1)F_0随年龄增长而下降,男性比女性明显;T及E_2则随年龄增长而上升,从10岁开始男性T和女性E_2上升明显,而F_0也从10岁开始男女有显著差别;(2)13~19岁性激素波动较大,但男性者仍和年龄呈正相关;男女的F_0皆在这一时期有一个回升又下降的阶段;(3)女性40岁以后,F_0及E_2、T皆持续下降,E_2呈陡降形式;男性40岁以后T呈陡降形式,但50岁以后,F_0及E_2皆呈上升趋势;(4)影响嗓音变化的因素以T为显著,但E_2也不无关系。
By radioimmunoassay (RIA) and spectroscopic analysis, 425 healthy subjects aged from 4 to 79 and 149 male and female vocal music students aged 13 to 19 years were tested for serum testosterone (T), estradiol E_2) and fundamental frequency (F_0). The results showed that: (1) F_0 decreased with age, male was more obvious than female; T and E 2 increased with age, male T and female E 2 increased significantly from the age of 10, while F 0 also significantly increased from the age of 10 (2) The sex hormones fluctuated greatly from 13 to 19 years old, but the males were still positively correlated with the age. The male and female F_0 all had a rising and falling stage in this period. (3) After 40 years of age, , T both continued to decline and E_2 showed a steep decline. After 40 years of age, T showed a steep drop, but F_0 and E_2 showed an upward trend after 50 years of age. (4) The factors that affected the voice change were T, but E_2 Not unrelated.
