目的研究归苓片(FBD)促进动物学习记忆功能的作用。方法小鼠ig给予35、70、140mg/kg FBD,连续1周,观察FBD对东莨菪碱所致小鼠记忆获得障碍、亚硝酸钠所致小鼠记忆巩固不良和45%乙醇致小鼠记忆再现障碍的影响,并观察FBD对大鼠双侧颈总动脉结扎所致的慢性脑部供血不足而产生的记忆障碍的改善作用。结果FBD对由东莨菪碱所致的小鼠记忆获得障碍、亚硝酸钠所致的小鼠记忆巩固不良和45%乙醇所致的小鼠记忆再现障碍均有明显的改善作用;并可改善大鼠双侧颈总动脉结扎所致的慢性脑部供血不足而产生的记忆障碍。结论FBD可促进动物的学习记忆功能。
Objective To study the effect of FBD on animal learning and memory function. METHODS: Mice were given ig 35, 70, and 140 mg/kg FBD for 1 week consecutively to observe the memory impairment of scopolamine-induced mice, poor memory consolidation in mice induced by sodium nitrite, and memory impairment in mice induced by 45% ethanol. The effect of FBD on the improvement of memory impairment caused by chronic cerebral insufficiency caused by bilateral carotid artery ligation in rats. RESULTS: FBD significantly improved memory impairment in mice induced by scopolamine, poor memory consolidation in mice caused by sodium nitrite, and memory impairment in mice induced by 45% ethanol; Lack of memory due to chronic cerebral insufficiency caused by ligation of the common carotid artery. Conclusion FBD can promote the learning and memory function of animals.
