已经做过多次试验,来证明激光和前视红外系统之间的一种校准方法的可行性,此方法的优点是:可用激光脉冲和前视红外扫描作同步或不同步运行。该方法以热靶的概念为基础。将激光能量聚焦于一个特定基片上,使基片局部加热,并在相对要校准的前视红外视线在前视红外的屏幕上产生一个象点。通过靶的寿命测试确定所需的激光脉冲能量密度,防止激光损伤。热靶方法还可用来实时用前视红外系统校准激光器。这意味着看着景象进行校准。
Several tests have been done to demonstrate the feasibility of a calibration method between the laser and the forward-looking infrared system. The advantage of this method is that laser pulses and forward-looking infrared scanning can be used to operate synchronously or asynchronously. This method is based on the concept of hot target. Focusing the laser energy on a specific substrate causes the substrate to be heated locally and produces an image point on the front-IR screen at the front-IR infrared line to be calibrated. The required laser pulse energy density is determined by the target life test to prevent laser damage. Hot target methods can also be used to calibrate lasers with forward looking infrared systems in real time. This means looking at the scene for calibration.
