目的:观察丹栀逍遥散联合常规西药治疗糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓的效果及安全性。方法:将80例糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓患者随机分为对照组与观察组各40例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在常规西药治疗的基础上采用丹栀逍遥散治疗,观察2组患者的复发与不良反应情况,以及检测肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和免疫球蛋白E(IgE)水平,比较2组患者的临床疗效。结果:观察组总有效率为90.00%,显著高于对照组的60.00%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。2组患者治疗前各免疫学检查指标比较,差异均无显著性意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组各免疫学检查指标均较治疗前降低,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05),观察组的TNF-α、IL-6及IgE水平均低于对照组,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。观察组共4例患者于治疗后3~8月复发,复发率为14.29%;对照组共16例于治疗后3~9月复发,复发率为80.00%,2组复发率比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:在使用常规西药治疗的基础上,服用丹栀逍遥散治疗糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓患者,能够有效提高临床治疗效果,而且安全性较高。
Objective: To observe the effect and safety of Danzhi Xiaoyao powder combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of erosive oral lichen planus. Methods: Eighty patients with erosive oral lichen planus were randomly divided into control group and observation group of 40 cases. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine. The observation group was treated with Danzhixiaoyao powder on the basis of routine western medicine. The recurrence and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed, and the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin -6 (IL-6) and immunoglobulin E (IgE) levels in two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate in the observation group was 90.00%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (60.00%). There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups before immunotherapy (P> 0.05). After treatment, the immunological indexes in both groups were lower than those before treatment, and the difference was significant (P <0.05). The levels of TNF-α, IL-6 and IgE in the observation group were lower than those in the control group Significant significance (P <0.05). A total of 4 patients in the observation group relapsed between March and August after treatment, with a recurrence rate of 14.29%. A total of 16 patients in the control group relapsed between March and September after treatment, with a recurrence rate of 80.00%. Conclusion: On the basis of using conventional western medicine, taking Dan Zhi Xiaoyao powder in treating patients with erosive oral lichen planus can effectively improve the clinical curative effect and have higher safety.
