CAD/CAM技术可以实现产品零件组件从概念设计到制造全过程的设计制造一体化,在模具行业领域,可以辅助进行注塑模、铸造模、冲压模等多种模具的设计与制造。本文使用UG软件对垫片复合模的零件进行了三维设计与建模,通过Wave几何链接技术,实现了模具组件的参数化设计,最后采用混合装配法,完成了整套模具的虚拟装配,充分发挥了CAD/CAM技术在模具设计中的重要作用,提高了设计效率。
CAD / CAM technology can realize the integration of design and manufacture of product parts and components from conceptual design to manufacturing. In the field of mold industry, CAD / CAM technology can assist in the design and manufacture of many kinds of molds, such as injection mold, casting mold and stamping mold. In this paper, the three-dimensional design and modeling of gasket composite mold parts are carried out by using UG software. The parametric design of the mold assembly is realized by Wave geometric link technology. Finally, the hybrid assembly method is adopted to complete the virtual assembly of the complete mold, The CAD / CAM technology in the mold design an important role in improving the design efficiency.
