磷钼蓝高速分析法测定生铁中磷,具有操作快速的优点,但显色液的稳定性较差。为此我们对如何提高稳定性进行了试验。据文献介绍,在显色溶液中加入少量的硫酸和尿素,能使磷钼蓝色泽的稳定性变佳,并指出磷钼蓝色泽在低酸度下稳定,在此启示下,我们除了在显色剂钼酸铵溶液中加入硫酸和尿素外,又在显色溶液被还原成钼蓝后添加氢氧化钠溶液。试验证明,这样处理提高了钼蓝色泽的稳定性。一试剂钼酸铵-酒石酸钾钠溶液:取钼酸铵溶液(25%)及酒石酸钾钠溶液(25%)各30ml混合摇匀,再取硫酸(1+1)10ml,加入混合溶液中,然后再加尿素3g。
