针对目前大型曲柄压力机设计任务繁重、重复劳动多等现状,结合Solid Works系统、模块化设计、参数化设计和Excel设计表,提出了大型曲柄压力机参数化变型设计的方法。并给出了利用Visual C++、Excel开发大型曲柄压力机参数化变型设计系统的思路,以机身设计模块为例,演示了所提出的方法和系统的实际应用。曲柄压力机变型设计系统将零部件三维模型的建立与设计校核过程相结合,提高了设计人员的工作效率并保证了零部件设计的可靠性。
In view of the current heavy crankshaft press design tasks such as heavy workload and repetitive work, combined with Solid Works system, modular design, parametric design and Excel design table, a parametric design method of large crankshaft press is presented. The idea of using parametric design system of large crankshaft press with Visual C ++ and Excel is given. Taking the design module of the body as an example, the practical application of the proposed method and system is demonstrated. Crank Press Variational Design System combines the establishment of three-dimensional model of parts and design and verification process to improve the work efficiency of designers and ensure the reliability of the design of components.
