1997年至1999年,“白玉兰杯上海市虹口区中学语文教学之春”举办展示活动宗旨;努力提高中学语文课堂教学效益主题:以学生发展为本,推进素质教育活动经过学校、教育小区的层层选拔,最后遴选出优秀课,向全市进行展示。执教教师以‘三级层进“模式和”交互感应“模式来设计教学,并融入教师自己的风格, 使”教学之春“的活动充满活力和生气。每一堂课都努力激活学生,调动学生的学习积极性,力争让学生的主体作用发挥得淋漓尽致;力争取得最佳的教学效益。其中, 有的课打破了常规的课堂座位排列;以”莲花形“、”月牙形“、”双圆形“等排列座位, 有的让学生走上讲台,或主持自读课的学习,或模仿”记者招待会“进行教学。
