我们在小麦杂交育种中,通过正确的选配杂交组合,精细的选择杂交后代等,先后选育出一些抗锈、高产的品种和品系,如“甘师11号”等。现谈几点体会,供参考: 一、非抗锈组合中能够选育出抗锈的类型。两个非高度抗锈的品种杂交,其后代有可能出现超亲变异,也就是说,可以分离出比亲本更抗锈或感锈的类型。如抗锈亲本的基因型是A_1A_1A_2A_2a_3a_3,感锈亲本的基因型是a_1a_1a_2a_2A_3A_3,杂交后F_1代的基因型则是A_1a_1
