日前,由中联重科开发的专业砂浆机械化组合施工设备在重庆某工地进行施工试验并取得圆满成功。此套设备的研发成功引起了人们对砂浆机械化施工行业的广泛关注。此次在重庆施工的成套设备由UB06.08柱塞式砂浆泵和UBL03.03螺杆式砂浆泵构成。UB06.08柱塞式砂浆泵首先将搅拌好的湿砂浆输送上18层高楼,再由UBL03.03螺杆式砂浆泵进行喷涂施工。通过对UB06.08柱塞式砂浆泵输送前后的砂浆性能进行对比测试,结果表明砂浆性能稳定,且根据现场施工数据显示,UB06.08柱塞式砂浆泵还能接受更高楼层的挑战。而用于喷涂施工用的UBL03.03螺杆式砂浆泵,喷涂效率高、落灰少,喷涂有力且扩散均匀,喷涂效果得到了施工方的极大肯定与赞许。
Recently, the professional mortar mechanized combined construction equipment developed by Zoomlion has been successfully tested in a construction site in Chongqing. The successful development of this set of equipment has aroused people’s concern about mechanized mortar construction industry. The construction of complete sets of equipment in Chongqing by the UB06.08 plunger mortar pump and UBL03.03 screw mortar pump. UB06.08 plunger mortar pump will first stir the wet mortar transport on the 18-storey building, then by the UBL03.03 screw mortar pump construction. By comparing the performance of mortar before and after UB06.08 plunger mortar pump, the results show that mortar performance is stable, and according to the on-site construction data, UB06.08 plunger mortar pump can still accept the challenge of higher floors. The UBL03.03 screw mortar pump used for spraying construction, spraying high efficiency, less ash, spraying and spread evenly, the spraying effect has been greatly affirmed and praised the construction side.
